Dear friend,
I just want to know the process for downloading the TDS form as (my client is Company) need to issue to the employee & others.I have tried very often from NSDL site after loging..but i am getting problem in filling the form.please i want a clear concept .
Its Urgent......... please advice.

To get the Form 16 or 16As, you need to login in your TAN account in NSDL site using your credentials and raise a request for issue of Form 16 or 16A. At this point, the system asks some details like ETDS Ack. No., challan number, deduct details etc., Once this is successful, the respective forms will be delivered at your mail address.
