tds deducted is showing in 26as but deductor doesn't issued form 16a and for filling itr3 and to claim tds refund tds certificate is mandatory .tell me how to deal with this

Form 16A TDS certificate Is not mandatory to claim TDS , If TDS reflects in 26AS you can claim or Adjust against tax playable.

check view tax credit....26AS. If it is appearing in the view tax credit....then you can proceed on to filing based on 26AS
