Hi, Myself Ankur Garg n i am working in a manpower recruitment company and my query is that if our parties deducted our TDS for the FY 2011-12 and TDS amount is appearing in 26AS than we should contain the TDS Certificate also for this or we can take credit on behalf of 26AS only...Kindly advise

yes, you can take credit of TDS on the basis of form 26AS.
Form 16/16A is required in case any differnce between certificate and form 26AS

You should get 16A TDS Certificate from your deductor and same will be attached to your IT Return for claming the Deducted amount.

Yes you can take credit on the basis of Tds Deducted which will be reflecting in 26AS

There is no requirement to attach the tds certificate as now a days returns are filed electronically.
I suggest you to take form 16A only for your record. Form 16 is required if there is difference in form 16 and form 26AS
