ANY BODY CAN PLEASE CONFIRM ME TDS APPLICABLE YES OR NO FOR ERP SOFTWARE SERVICE PROVIDER MONTH BILLS IF YES THEN PLZ CONFIRM TDS RATE ALSO...

22 April 2014 If it crosses the limit mentioned u/s 194C then TDS should b deducted.

194C conditions:-

Single Bill - 30K
In the financial year - 75K

Rate - 1% for individual/HUF
- 2% for other

22 April 2014 for ERP software service providers if he provide for sofware modification implementation then you have deducted u/s 194J @ 10%
