Tds applicability on labour and carriage bill

05 August 2016 I got a bill in which labour and go-down rent is stated. will TDS be deducted on that bill???

05 August 2016 Yes. TDS provisions are applicable for both on godown rent as rent on immovable property and on labour as the TDS on payment to contractors, if the payments exceeds the limits as provided.
