Please clarify the applicability of TDS for the following facts:
An Invoice containing materials+VAT and Service Charges + Service Tax. Whether TDS will be applicable for the total invoice amount or ony Service Charges + Service Tax

since the bill is a combined one.... TDS on complete bill will be deducted.
