04 August 2014 As per mu view tds shall be deductd @10% u/s 194j on 82415 i.e (78400+4015)

TDS shal notbe deducted if your vendor has deducted TDS when he purchased the same.

Please refer the CBDT notification no.NOTIFICATION NO. 21/2012 [F.No.142/10/2012-SO(TPL)] S.O. 1323(E), DATED 13-6-2012
