MY CLINET HAS TAKEN LOAN FROM NRI OF RS. 10 LACS . THE LOAN TAKEN IN INDIAN CURRENCY AND INTEREST IS @ 12% P.A. .
A. WHAT WILL THE TDS RATE AND IN WHICH SECTION ?
B. ANY OTHER FORMALITIES TO BE COMPLETED FOR TAKING SUCH LOAN ?
