Tds amount shown in form 16a mismatch with form 26as

FORM 16A SHOWS THE TDS AMOUNT DEDUCTED AND DEPOSITED WITH I.T. DEPT IS RS. 10189. WHILE IN FORM 26AS, IT IS PROVIDED AS RS. 7607 ONLY. IS IT OKEY TO FILE ROI BY USING THE TAX CREDIT AS PROVIDED IN FORM 16A?

Differnce may be the reason due to non filling or mistake in filling of TDS return by your employer. so ask them to correct the same and match the form 16 and form 26AS and file the return. otherwise department will raise the demand notice to you for short payment of tax
