09 August 2015 dear sir humari ek jamin thi jo government me aquar ker Li thi jiske badle humhe amount mila tds catne Kerne ke baad unhone mera tds 133000/- cut kiya tha jo ki assessment year 12-13 ki baat hai us time se ab tak koi income tax return nhi bhari gai hai kyunki humhe is ki knowledge nhi thi kya jo ab ye 9 June 2015 ko new circular aaye hai vo help full hoga humare liye kya humhe refund milega ager milega toh keshe thank you tekchand

09 August 2015 Write a letter to Chief Commissioneer of Income Tax of your jurisdiction, asking for refund.
Once he gives you the permission, file the income tax return and claim the due refund
