ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE LAST DATE OF TDS RETURN SUBMISSION FOR THE PERIOD OF JAN-12 TO MAR-12

Due date for TDS return for the Qtr. ending 31st March is 15th May of the FY immediately following the year in which the TDS was deducted.
