IF A CO RECIEVES A BILL CONTAINING AMC CHARGES FOR OFC MAINTENACE AND ALL.AND ALSO ELECTRICITY EXPENSES IS CHARGED IN SAME BILL.
PLEASE ADVICE WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON AMC ONLY OR ENTIRE BILL AMOUNT ?

08 February 2012 TDS shall be deducted on the gross amount charged in the invoice. Hence you are required to deduct TDS on the gross value.
