IF A CO RECIEVES A BILL CONTAINING AMC CHARGES FOR OFC MAINTENACE AND ALL.AND ALSO ELECTRICITY EXPENSES IS CHARGED IN SAME BILL.
PLEASE ADVICE WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON AMC ONLY OR ENTIRE BILL AMOUNT ?

yes. TDS Applicable on electricity since raised in the same bills.

TDS shall be deducted on the gross amount charged in the invoice. Hence you are required to deduct TDS on the gross value.
