what is the rate of tds in all 4 cases, if the bill amount is Rs 5 Lacs

When contractor is an Individual Rate of TDS will be 1%, If PAN not provided 20%, If Transport Contractor TDS NIL.
When Contractor is Company rate of TDS is 2%, If PAN not provided 20%, If Transport Contractor TDS NIL.
Threshold limit--
Single Bill Rs 30000/-
Annual Payment Rs 75000/- p.a.
When Contractor is Company rate of TDS is 2%, If PAN not provided 20%, If Transport Contractor TDS NIL.

TDS PENALTY INTEREST RATES FOR FY 2011-12. IF SALARY IS PAID EVRY MTH OF RS 20000 as professional fees. but no tds is deducted and full amt is paid frm april to nov. now when the salary of dec is paid tds @10% which amts rs 2000 p.m for last 8 mths is deducted . and a chq of rs 4000 is paid as salary.wht is the int penalty .
