hOW TO BOOK A TDS ENTRY FROM A TDS CERTIFICATE RECEIVE FROM PARTY ON 31 MARCH, FOR WHICH PARTY CREDITED IN HIS BOOKS AND PAID TO GOVERNMENT BUT PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED TILL 31 MARCH
