I am running an institutions , In last year Ie financial year 2009-10 accounts were finalized on 30.06.2010 at that time provision for professional expenses was made with tds entry but my accountant already given 16a to the professionals .Provisional tds was paid on 30.06.2010.what are options available for me in this respect? can i issue an another 16a for the same period
