i have raised a service invoice as on dt.26-12-09. but the customer has not booked yet. now the same invoice is booked in current year and the customer is deduct tds, can i avail the tds certificate for the same?

The customer booked it in current year and deducted TDS, hence he will file TDS return mentioning you as deductee in current yr. Your Form 26AS will show credit for this year and you can claim it, you can avail the certificate,,
