Sirs.
I am a shareholder of a Co-Op.Bank. in which i have open a fixed deposit a/c of Rs.1 lac.
Interest on Quarterly basis and bank does not deducted TDS
On which section they not deducted TDS

if the interest on FD paid during the whole financial year is less than Rs. 10000/-, the they are not required to deduct TDS.
