I HAVE DEPOSITED MY TDS RETURN FOR FORM NO 26 Q DT 28/10/10 FOR THE QR. ENDING 30/09/10. CAN THE DEPARTMENT IMPOSE PANELTY. HOW MUCH.

Penalty for non-filing of tds return in time as per section 272A(2) is Rs. 100 for every day during which the failure continues.
