The TDS certificate received from a Pvt. Ltd Co doesn't contain date of it's issue. Whether the assessing officer can reject it ?

No. if the TDS return has been properly filed AO cant reject it as now days claim is given on the basis of amount shown in NSDL. But it is bettre to get it dated from deductor.

Agreed with Mr Sanjay. Its better to get it dated by the deducter on the safer side..
