does repairs on Fixed Assets are subject to TDS Liability. where the amount paid is exceeding Rs. 20000 in single payment & Rs. 50000 in Annual Payment.

Repairing is a contract for carrying out any work, be it for Fixed Asset or any other asset. TDS liable to be deducted.

IF SINGLE PAYMENT IS EXCEEDING RS. 20000/- THEN TDS DEDUCTED ON IT THE SAME TIME.
IF ALL THE BILLS ARE BELOW 20000/- THEN WHEN IT CROSS THE LIMITS RS.50000/-
