pls tell me anybody, i am salary employee and received salary after deduct tds. i received also form 16 but unfortunately one form 16 month of January has lost and i want submit my income tax return year 09-10
what will be the conditions.

Form 16 is issued for the year and salary slips are issued for the month. Therefore you will only receive on Form 16 in the month of April from the employer which will be sufficient for return filing
