Hi
In case bill date is on or before 30/sept /2009, service received on or before 30sept 09 but bill received and accounted and paid after 1/oct/09. TDS at what rate to be deducted ( rate applicable of up to 30/sept/09 or rate applicable of after 1/oct/09 )
