if a bill includes service tax , then whether we calculate TDS on total bill amount or on amount excluding service tax.plz....help me....

TDS need to deduct inclusive of Service tax except Rent payment

If the bill amount include Service tax TDS needs to be collected from gross bill value which include service tax....
For rent payment it is exemption
For rent payment it is exemption
