i am paying 60000 Rs. to a sand supplier via truck no. Pb 13 H 9515 in the mode of 3 dates 20000.00 in each date including freight to same person Manoj Singh is there any liabilty create or not? if yes then somebody reply and explain

Their is no disallowance of expenses since the cash payment do not exceeding Rs. 20000/- in a day to a person.
You have mention Vehical No. PB 13 H 9515, it would be appropriate to clarify that the payment is against purchase of sand, which was delivered by the supplier at your site by his own means of transhipment, hence no TDS conditions attracted.
