05 November 2009 If we are done payment to various truck owner through one roadways (Transport Agent) agent and payment goes above RS. 50000/- then TDs Deducted or not?

05 November 2009 TDS to be deduct because freght GR is same transporter.if Transporter quoted his pan no. in his GR or he provide Pan Card photocopy then Tds not to be dedcut from 1.10.09 its amended at the time of budget-2009.
