what is the rate of T.D.S for freigt from 1-10-2009 if the Transporter is an individual and if he is a corporate

TDS rate for transporter after 01.10.2009 is 2% for individaual and corporate.
TDS on rent paid to NRI is covered u/s 195 and i think the applicable rate for this is 30 % i.e. rate for other income
