What is TDS implication for annual maintenance charges (AMC) of computers

TDS on AMC applicable at 1% in case of individuals or HUF and 2% in case of others u/s 194C, if the single payment exceeds Rs. 30,000/- or an aggregate payment in a financial year exceeds Rs. 1,00,000/-

As per Contract TDS will be deduct Sec 194C...
Also check with contractor if he is comfortable then you deduct sec 194J as Professional / Technical Service
