Whats the TDS %age that we need to deduct on rent paid for office premises? The Landlosr is a house lady with total remtal income of Rs. 3,84,000/- Per Annum.
Also, please suggest how can we deposit this TDS online?

TDS should b deducted u/s 194I @10%. Yes you can submit the deducted TDS by Net Banking.

Yes... I agreed to Mr Sandeep Dharar...
But, Your accounts are not under section 44AB then no need to deduct TDS...

I am trying to deposit the TDS by filling in form 26QC online but the default rate of TDS is coming @5% and its not editable. Its not taking figures @10%.

1) Is the PAN of the landlord not entered while paying the TDS? Else, how will it show in their form 26AS?
2) DO I fill in form 26QC, or challan 281? Both the links are there on https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp
