28 April 2017 one cooperative society mainly deals with milk products uses contracted vechicles for procurement and delivery of milk to the plant. the payment made to such contract is come in the purview of TDS..?

28 April 2017 If person is holding ten or less transport vehicle and have declaration approved by AO then you need not require to deduct TDS else you are required to deduct TDS
