one bill of freight forwarder rs-57500 including service tax 15% dated 12.05.2016 but tds not deduct & full payment in this month but now tds deposit in 7th July so now how to calculate interest & late deduction interest...plz advise

If full payment is made in October and no liability created in the books then remit the TDS on or before 7/11/2016 no interest payable.

The liability for TDS arises only when payment is made or liability created in the books of ac which ever is earlier. So interest liability arises counting from that date in case of late remittance.
