please give me valid solution,

TDS as per 94-I Rs 2000 (Q1 of FY 2015-16) and 94-C Rs 4600 (Q1 of FY 2015-16). so Total TDS 6600 and My LATE FEE Also 6600(not pay TILL NOW). Then i decided to pay TDS and Late Fee each Section wise.
so may I pay TDS as per 94-I? : TDS 2000
Late Fee 2000
Total 4000
and TDS as per 94-C? :
TDS 4600
Late fee 4600
Total 9200
interest also i will pay. will i pay as per above deatils ,each section wise tds and late fee (because total late fee is exceeds the each section wise tds amount then it is possible to divide that late fee amount a per two sections) it is valid or nt?

23 May 2016 your late fee is ok, but you have to pay intt. @ 1.5% per month from date of deduction.

23 May 2016 Late fee applicable for 26q and 24Q,u/s 234E Rs.200 Perday or maximum amount of TDS payable which ever is less.

If you have not paid TDS than you are liable to pay interest @1.5%PM from the month of deduction to till the month of payment.
