17 March 2015 experts can you suggest me about TDS in director remuneration?? if 87000 p.m. remuneration thn TDS??! plz suggest step by with calculation if possible...

17 March 2015 After inclusion of Director's remuneration in Service Tax, this issue has come up time and again.
Under income tax, you can still show it under SALARY, if the terms of remuneration so provide. Else apply sec 194J
