We recd the invoice from Hong Kong t/w License fee for one year. Pls confirm, whether TDS is applicable. If applicable what is rate of TDS on this payment.

10 March 2015 check whether there is dtaa applicable between hongkong and india if yes check the relevant article.

else refer sec 195 its applicable in such case

10 March 2015 I'm not getting the DTAA with Hong Kong.
So pls confirm whether is India have the DTAA with Hong Kong.
