I have a confusion about applicability of TDS deduction by individual\HUF. As per my knowledge, if an Individual is liable for Tax Audit u/s-44AB in immediately preceding financial year, then he has a liabality to deduct TDS in Current year. what if he is not liable for TAX AUDIT in further subsequent years... weather he still has a liability to deduct TDS bcoz once in prev. years he was liable for Tax audit under s-44AB..

relevant provisions of the act are provided by u itself..
