tds deducted of a deductee at 20 % with no pan. but now he get his pan and want to claim his credit with this pan, can he? please suggest your views.

Yes he can get credit of the TDS amount provided the deductor file the revised return quoting the PAN.

you have to revised the tds return then you can claim tds.
