31 January 2015 hello sir,

i have received a query in TDS. can it be possible that a deductee received form 16a but in his 26as those entries are missing.. that person sent me his 16a for qtr 3 and 4 and his 26as. there is no entry of qtr 3 and 4 in his 26as for the dedoctor of 16a.

please comment

31 January 2015 If in form 16A TDS is shown but not reflecting in 26AS then it is the mistake in filing TDS return by the deductor. Ask them to file their TDS return correctly otherwise the TDS made by them will not reflect in 26AS.

31 January 2015 yes...i studied the return filed..and there is no entry in any challan for that deductee.. then how is this possible that no enrty in tds return still 16a has issued to him..

31 January 2015 pls check 16A download from trace site.
and having certificate number then you can check no line
