Will TDS be deducted on container detention charges and weightment charges for container??

It will depend upon whether your CLEARING agent is including the same in its BILL/INVOICE or claiming as reimbursement.
If included in Clearing agents bill, deduct tax.
If claimed as reimbursement, do NOT deduct
If included in Clearing agents bill, deduct tax.
If claimed as reimbursement, do NOT deduct
