Tds 195 , technical fee to foreign co.

22 May 2012 An Indian co. paying for technical services to Non Resident foreign Co. which is having PE in India. No rates given in DTAA with foreign country(UAE).

At what rate Indian Co has to deduct TDS...?

24 May 2012 The rate shall be 42.23% as per Finance Act on NET INCOME.

TDS rate is normally 10.51% or 20% on GROSS BASIS if the foreign party doesn't have PE in India.
