It is clear that director fees of a company is subject to TDS U/s 194J.My query
is, wheather remuneration paid to the directors of a company is also subject to TDS U/s 194J? please reply me sir

if such remuneration is not salary then sec 194J is applicable and if its salary then deduct under sec 192
