sir /madam
we are the trader. we are buying goods from a regular manufacturer and he is also charging TCS @0.01% in the invoice.
Now He has charged TDS 194 Q & 206 AB @0.1% instead of TCS in his sale invoice.
Is it right ?
Kindly advise me plz

It's not right, he has to collect TCS only.

Ask him to charge TCS.
