i need suggestion as per income tax act - Supply of doctor along with amulance will come under sect 194 j or 194 c.
our vendor want to treat it as work contract.
can i do the same.

kindly provide suggestion with clear explanation.

28 June 2017 It will not fall under works contract. Doctors services will fall under professional service hence TDS u/s 194J applicable.

thanks for quick response. If doctor supplier along with ambulance. still it is covered under 194 J.

it is one contract for supply of doctor with ambulance. can i apply 194 C for full contract or 194 J for whole contract.
vendor raise one invoice.
