24 October 2014 Dear sir,

If the responsible person to deduct TDS has resigned from his services, Untill in the form 16A it seems his name at the signature place. Now how to change his name who is resigned & how to insert another name of responsible person in the form 16a? & How to chenge the details from traces website.
