Dear all,
Whether TDS to be deducted u/s.194C if a value of single bill exceeds 20,000 but the later bills doesn't exceeds 20,000 & the aggregate amount in a year does not exceeds 50,000 ?

Yes,tax has to be deducted on the bill which is more than Rs.20,000/-
