Dear sir
can we pay the tds by using old form no 281 available on the CBDT site for the assessment year 2009-2010 as the new form is not yet avaible. Pls suggest.

ICAI cental council member Mr.V.C.James had given an e-mail to me yesterday informing that challan 281 can be used upto 30/6/2009.

Me too got an sms from a senior CA council member of ICAI, that TDS to be deposited on Challan 281 till 30/6/09
