21 February 2014 I want to transfer fund from NRO A/C to NRE A/C, then in which format I required Form 15CA because in new format of Form 15CA, it must be required TAN Number but my transaction is not taxable then TAN is not required then what i have to do ?

21 February 2014 Tan not mandatory now. They have made necessary correction.
Further technically speaking part b of 15ca is for remittance of taxable amount if you tend to readthe heading of form vis a vis the old form. Hence even bank should not be asking for 15ca in such cases. Nevertheless you may download utility and fill the form.
