Respected Sir/Madam,
our client had paid an amount of Rs.500000 towards payment of parking charges of volvo buses for 6 months at BEST stop.
in such case whether tds should be a deducted as rent or contract.

Parking fee amounts to rent with in meaning of sec.194I hence TDS u/s.194I apply
