whether TDS is applicable in case of payment of fees made on NSE for approving issue of share warrant and shares and if yes under which section..........

no. under which section do u want to deduct tax? It is not a professional fees.

Hi
We paid annual listing fee with deducting TDS @ 10% of the invoice amount. I have paid the same for 2013-14.
But there is no provision for TDS on processing fee. I will suggest you to call NSE for confirming the same.
