Please help me out to know how to check Tds credits (i.e)26 AS for the ASST YR. 2005-06, since TRACES does not shows the credit for more than 6 Yrs .

22 August 2013 If you have received Intimation u/s 143(1) you can check it from there. Else you need to meet your AO with the TDS certificates to know the TDS credit of AY 2005-06.

22 August 2013 I Have already met the AO and as per his records there are no credits .I do have TDS certificates with me but the AO still wants me to prove the genuineness of the certificates .
