can i adjust 2 tds challan with 1 entry.???

Yes. For this you will have to divide the the entry into two. Each equaling the challan amount.
Say TDS deducted Rs 500. Deposited through Two challans. One of Rs 200 and one of Rs 300. So entry of Rs 500 should also be divided into Rs 200 and Rs 300 respectively.
