I have a agreement with my parent company to reimburse the exp incurred by them for sharring of space(Rent). Does it amount to contract. Im i requie to deduct tds?

How will you show this payment in your books? You will show it as rent and therefore you have to deduct TDS u/s 194I @10%.

As per my opinion Rent should be paid to the Parent Company and TDS u/s 194I should be deducted @10% if the Rent p.a exceeds Rs.1,80,000/-
